Korres have been a long time favourite brand of mine. Over the years I have enjoyed using a number of their products and many are now firmly holy grail items I couldn't live without. As I mentioned in one of my recent favourites video I have been using their Almond and Linseed Shampoo and Conditioner for about a year now and I adore the scent and formula, not to mention the wonderful things it has done for my damaged hair.
I had heard through the blogging grapevine that their lip butters where incredible but as an avid lipstick wearer I had never seen the real appeal, but after the harsh winter and chilling weather my lips needed a break from matte formula lipsticks and it seemed like the perfect opportunity to try something new.

Korres is a natural brand, based on home remedies origination from Athens, Greece. All their products are made using natural ingredients and free from animal testing, so you wont find nasties such as parabens, sulphates, synthetic fragrances, petrochemical, phthalates, GMO's and triclosan. I am concience of the ingredients that are included in the beauty products I use. Where possible I attempt to keep everything natural and free of animal testing. I assure you I will never include reviews of any products from L'Oreal.
The formula of this lip butter is great, silky and hydrating. It melts as soon as it comes in contact with your skin. The variety of flavours range from Guava to Pomegranate . If you're looking for a lip butter that also add a hint of colour but at the same time gives a glossy finish this is definitely for you. I use this regularly at work when I find it difficult to reapply my lipstick throughout the day. I work in hospitality and finding the time to reapply can sometime prove impossible.
The pomegranate is perfect for my skin tone, it has coral tones which I find works well with my pale complexion and ginger hair.
Overall I have really enjoyed using this product and will definitely be purchasing other flavours to give them a whirl. The only disadvantage to some of you out there would be having to dip your fingers into a pot, I have always used this type of lip balms in the past as it's my personal preference but I can see how it would bother other due to hygiene purposes.
You can purchase this online at a number of independent retailers it's a little bit more expensive than your highstreet brands such as Carmex or Blistex, but you are getting the added bonus of a natural product with a hint of colour.
