I sense a feeling so strange as I'm watching you change

On Sunday a few of us headed for a glorious day out in the summer sunshine. The annual Llangollen International Eisteddfod was coming to a close and what better way to spend your Sunday than drinking warm beers with your best ones, listening to music and playing childhood games. We ate lunch, trotted around the local shops, and soaked in the beautiful sites of Llangollen (one of my favourite places on earth) The sun and I aren't really the best of friends, I get hot and bothered and if I'm not extremely careful I will burn to a crisp in a matter of seconds. Being pale isn't always interesting, just painful and a pain in the backside.

Unintentionally Christy and I turned up in matching polka dots, I absolutely love Christy twist on every outfit. This forty style dress was thrifted but by adding cute ankle socks and a black pair of creepers the look is instantly Chisty-fied. We are heading over to Berlin in a few weeks, where Christy will be starting a new chapter in her life after getting a First Class Honours Degree, I am so proud of her and although I will miss her, I get to visit Berlin every few months and party. It's just Nick and I for now, he has been so excited about being featured on here for a long time, so everyone meet Nick. We have some interesting things in the works but finding a drummer is proving difficult.
 Dress - eBay // Cardigan - Primark // Sunglasses - Vintage // Lips - Rimmel Kate Moss 110

I snapped this dress up a few months ago on eBay and I have practically lived in it ever since. Although sometimes I worry I may be flashing a bit of boob it's so worth it. We even got stopped by a wonderful lady asking if we were in a band because we looked so cool haha our day was made to say the least.

Spending quality time with my closest friends always cheers me up, even when things aren't looking that great, I lose myself in laughter and before I know it my worries are somewhere far away, for a while at least.
