Red Shoes.

Today I wanted to share with you my passion for red shoes, it's a fairly new obsession but definitely not a passing faze. Just look how these flats brighten up with delicately patterned white dress. Being extremely pale I tend to stay away from white altogether, it washes me out. For years I would apply daily tanning moisturisers adamant that I would hide my pale complexion and freckles. Now I have done away with the fake bakes and embraced my paleness, for the first time in my life I can say I love my freckles.
This dress is perfect for the summer to come, it is light & fun, with almost a full skirt to spin around in, it falls beautifully from the waist line. It is flattering for any shape, nipping you in at the waist and falling beautifully over my problem areas.
The ruched cap sleeves are a perfect and the tiny button detail stands out against the white.
The cardigan was a Charity Shop find, in perfect condition from Warehouse, the soft bottle green compliments and brakes up the white. I know I seem to have a slight obsession at the minute with Primark shoes but they seem to be making bright colourful shoes that I just can't seem to pass up.
Ever since I was a child Red Shoes has remained my favourite film, I begged my Mum to send me to Ballet and I insisted that my first pair of Ballet shoes be red ones, this might be where my love for colourful shoes came from, well I like to think it was.

I used the Babyliss curling wand to create the tight curls and just pinned the back up over one shoulder.
